We listened to your feedback! This upgrade was designed to resolve previous issues and create a simpler, faster, and more reliable login experience for all our users

You no longer need a password or an authenticator app. Simply use your email address to receive a secure, one-time code sent to your inbox. For a step-by-step walkthrough, please see our Login Guide.

Please try the following:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder. This is the most common reason for a missing code.

  • Wait at least 60 seconds. Sometimes there can be a small delay in email delivery.

  • Confirm your email address. Double-check that you entered your email address correctly on the login screen.

  • If you still haven’t received it, you can click a “Resend Code” link on the login page.

No. This new system completely replaces the need for Microsoft Authenticator or any other authenticator app.

Yes. As long as you can access the inbox to retrieve the 6-digit code, you can use any valid email address that is registered with Alto.

Yes. For your security, your login session will automatically expire after 90 days. This is a standard security practice to ensure your account remains protected. When this happens, you will simply log in again using a new one-time code from your email.

Not at all. This update only changes the way you log in. All of your gallery, bundles, and the platform’s functionality remain exactly the same.
